Principal Responsibilities
- Develop bioanalytical methods to evaluate PK, PD, biomarkers and immunogenicity to support preclinical and clinical development.
- Identify, implement and troubleshoot new assay methods to evaluate the PK/PD of our candidates and characterize target expression.
- Support method transfer, assay development and validation at contract research organizations (CROs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to design assays and contribute to the overall strategy to develop targeted cancer radiotherapies.
- Author protocols and reports and maintain documentation, including an electronic lab notebook.
- Analyze assay results and prepare and present data summaries.
- Other duties as assigned.
- MSc in Cell and/or Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Pharmacology or related disciplines with 3+ years of industry experience, a PhD with relevant experience, or BSc with equivalent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge and technical hands-on experience in bioanalytical and biomarker assays, including cell-based assays, ELISA/MSD, ADA, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry.
- Demonstrated experience developing new assay methods.
- Competency with analysis methods and relevant software, including Prism, Excel and statistical analysis. Experience with Benchling is a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Proven ability to manage concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
